converting Endnote style to Mendeley

Hi,

My PhD student has been using Mendeley for ages (she can’t be blamed :-)). 

Now she needs to use a style from a journal that doesn’t have a Mendeley style.

Is there any way (please detailed instructions) on converting an ENdnote styl to Mendeley style??

It is my understanding that the output styles provided by Endnote are proprietory and cannot be converted to Mendley or other reference managment programs, legally.
