If I am entering a reference in Word 2010, there is a choice to enter the author as a “Corporate author” that then allowss, among other things, not parsing of the name [first, middle, and last], so that “IBM Corporation” would show just that way. The attached graphic shows the input.
The problem is that if I import Word 2010 into EndNote, EN apparently just ignores corporate authors, leaving the author field blank.
It would help tremendously to either have EN recognize Corporate authors natively, or at the least have some special import process to accommodate them. Otherwise they all have to be re-input.
