Hi. I recently bought a Surface Pro4: downloaded all the software including a new version of Endnote. I bought a 3 computer license, so downloaded Endnote on my old Dell as well. I had to return the Surface Pro because it was a dud: it was replaced with a new one. I then downloaded Endote on the new Surface Pro. So: all 3 licenses gone. How do I deactivate the first (returned) surface Pro?
