Does EndNote sync annotations in PDFs between computers?

Hi,

I run EndNote on my Windows laptop. I want to be able to read PDFs from my EndNote library on a tablet, and am trying to decide which to get.

(1) If I get a Windows tablet: I understand that I can sync my EndNote library between the two. My question is, if I add annotatoins and highlights for a PDF on my tablet, sync it with EndNote Web, and then sync my PC, will the annotations appear on the PC?

(2) If I get an Android tablet - what good methods have people figured out for acessing the PDFs from an EndNote library on an Android tablet?
