EndNote 21 con recognizing pdf or reference

There doesnt seem to be a bug tag, but I have having issues with EndNote plugin not recognising references or pdf. Latest this one: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/17538947.2024.2328823

Aka the EndNote plugin does not activate and of it does, it doesnt recognize that there is a pdf.
Anybody else experiencing this?

Here the EndNote click does not find a pdf to include, but this EndNote banner in the left hand bottom says that there is a pdf.
