My endnote 9 toolbar does not appear in word 2010. I use windows 7…Can you help me ?
So you are saying it worked at some point? EN9 is not supported and I think only X4 and X5 are considered compatible with Word 2010. See here for compatibility chartand here- where it states the X3 and earlier are not compatible iwth Word 2010/2011 and you will need to upgrade.
