EndNote 9 MAC not syncing with myendnoteweb.com (Help)

I am running the latest EndNote 9 MAC, updated today, and my subscription is active.  My online account has many more resources listed, and as I add more today I realized that none of the additions are visible on my desktop version where I am writing my dissertation.  I have tried to manually sync, and have deleted my email and password–both without any change in outcome.
