I am using a Mac with Firefox and EndNote 20 desktop
I installed the plugin EndNote click (Kopernio) and was using this tool to export citations and full text pdf to EndNote desktop.
I would like to know what might have happened with EndNote click -
suddenly it just doesn’t export anymore to EndNote desktop and appears the information: Gateway time-out (error code 504) - visit cloudflare.com for more information.
The web server reported a gateway time-out error.

I’m not expert but I know that the plugin Endnote click (Kopernio) put a copy of the files that you send to endnote desktop or when you push the file to endnote web, in “My locker” which appear when you open the plugin. This has a limit of files kept in it. Try to empty “My Locker”. Another solution might be to uninstall the plug in from your browser, firefox, and reinstall it again.
