It appears that endnote isn’t fully set up (recently installed), but I am at a loss for what to do next.
When I go to import: File>Import>File…
The “File…” is grayed out and I cannot click on it. How can I get it working?
I am also using Kopernio and it isn’t syncing, so there is definetly something wrong on my end.
End note is just a bank application at this point (see attached).
In order to be able to import you need to create an EndNote library to store the references.
You can go to File then New, name the library and click Save.
Once you have a library open you should then be able to import.
