Hi,

I am trying to insert and edit references in Word Mac 2011 with ‘cite as you write’ and got this message

EndNote is not responding. Error = -609

I use Yosemite 10.10.2, Word Mac 2011 and Endnote X7.2.1

This has been occuring since several days.

Help please

I would try resetting the preferences for both Word and EndNote:
