Endnote program automatic deletion

Hello,

I am running Endnote X7 on a pc that is on a uni network.  The program keeps getting automatically deleted, and so I have to get it re-installed. Have you any suggestions on how this could be fixed?

I should add that the anti virus software used is called Sophos.

You need to call tech support  – I haven’t heard of a conflict with Sophos though.

You should check with the university network administrator/tech support. University computers are often set-up to to prevent users from downloading and permanently installing non-approved software programs.
