I hope I am not the only one who has encountered or is experiencing this problem; the Endote desktop app is purging by Word Processor each and every time I try to either insert a citation or whenever I attempt to update my bibibliography. At first I thought it might be an issue with my own individual PC. So I went to my school library and experienced the same problem I am not sure if this has been discussed before, or if anyone has a solution to this? I did reach out to the support services but yet to hear anything.
