Endnote Style not found - Clinical Nuclear Medicine

Hi,

Looking for anybody that may have Clinical Nuclear Medicine endnote style file.

Not available on ENdNote website

If no one has already created it (who happens to be a community member, we are willing to help, but you should at least post the publishers instructions link and examples of the citation and bibliography requirements.  Often the publisher has an in house standard and another journal from the house has a similar pattern or other publications in the same field are similar.

Here is a copy of an output style for Journal of Clinical Nuclear Medicine. The ins ructions on th journal site (http://journals.lww.com/nuclearmed/pages/default.aspx)) show that the style closely follows the Vancouver format.

It differed from Vancouver in the number of authors, punctuation after the author field and the absence of the issue field.

The attached style has ben modified to meet the editors’ requirements for journal articles, books and book sections.
