In the past our systems administrator was able to log in to Web of Knowledge, click on the Additional Resources tab and access the “Administrative tools.” He was able to access our Endnote Web usage statistics.
The “Administrative tools” have disappeared.
How can we access our usage statistics now? They aren’t available from the “Administrative tools” within Endnote Web

When we received our last statistics alert for Web of Science there was the following message:
“To access the data, enter your email address and password at http://admin.webofknowledge.com. Please note that access to usage reports from “The Administrative Tools” link on the “Additional Resources” tab at the top of the home page in WoK5 is unavailable at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
This will allow you to view your statistics for EndNote Web under Web of Knowledge Usage Reports.
