Web of Knowledge Access

This may be a strange question, but when I first purchased EndNote, I was able to access the Web of Knowledge without any problem, despite being an individual and not associated with any particular institution.

I’ve just cleared my browser cache, and now get redirected to a page stating:

“NOTICE: Your IP address has not been recognized for access to the Web of Knowledge product environment”

Since my IP address hasn’t changed, I assume that this isn’t the cause of the problem!

Does anyone know what’s going on? I’m rather confused - is access to the WoK freely available, or only available to users of EndNote, or only available to particular subscribers? Once I know the answer I can take the appropriate action (not sure of this is a support query or my stupidity!).
