Hi,
I am using Windows 7, 64 bits and Word 2007… not upgrading anything…but got problem with EndNoteX3
I follow the installation instruction and managed to get the EndNoteX3 icon on the word page…
however there are some problems with the connection between EndNoteX3 n word…each time I wanted to insert citation…it gives me “invalid class string” erro message…
I tried reinstall it couple of times… and updated the EndNoteX3… even I tried to install the older version EndNote9… but not working…
I’m not sure it’s the compatibility problem with word or windows…
The same thing happen when I wanted to switch from word to endnote…
