Hello everyone,
The behavior of exporting references from Web of Science to Endnote X4 appears to have changed recently. Everything used to work fine up until about a week or two ago. I would search for an article on Web of Science, select it, then click on the button to save to Endnote (not Endnote Web). This would open Endnote on my computer and import the selected article.
Now, when I try the same process I get a dialog box opening from Endnote X4 with the title Endnote Web and “Capturing” with a scrolling green progress bar, and a dialog in my browser asking for my login information for EndNote Web.
Can anyone else confirm this?
If the link in the button on the browser broken or is this new functionality?
