Endnote X2 was working fine this morning and afternoon as I was importing references from Web of Science. As I was exporting another reference, I was asked to choose a filter. I chose the Web of Science filter, but nothing happens. I tried a number of other filters and nothing happens. The reference does not get imported into my Endnote file. I had this problem a few weeks ago with Endnote 9 so I upgraded to X2. It was working fine until now. I didn’t change any settings in between when it worked and when it didn’t. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions? Your help would be greatly appreciated. :smiley:
