Is there any way to find and replace specific text in a reference ? Something like : In the field “Custom field 3”, find all occurrence “XXX” and replace them by “YYY”. Because I need to change some text, but it is always in the middle of a string, so the options ine the “Move/Change/Copy Fields…” don’t work in my case
You can do this using the Find and Replace or Change Text option, depending on your version of EndNote. Click on the Edit menu and select Find and replace or Change Text. Here you can select specific text in a field to modify.
