can anyone tell me how to do grouped references in Cite wile you write (Word 2007)? The help page says ‘Click on Templates under the Citation heading to view the Citation panel. This template tells EndNote how to format the in- text citations in the body of your paper’. the problem is that thre is no such option. The Citation Tab in EndnotX2 in Word 2007does not give any Templates heading.

Does anyone have an answer to this?

Go into EndNote and go to Edit  then Output styles then Edit “style name”.  There is a selection “numbering” under Citations.  Mark the box next to “Use one number for references always cited together”
