Harvard style not working

Hi there can anyone offer me a solution to my problem. I am using endnote X7 with microsoft wrod 2010.

In my document im trying to reference havard style and it was working normally up to a few minutes ago. Then referncing was coming up like this ‘(Hanahan and Weinberg, 2011)’, but all of a sudden it is coming up like this ‘{Hanahan, 2011 #70}’

Does anyone know how to fix this?

you have turned off the instant formating – go to the endnote ribbon. and turn it back on.  - also make sure the Harvard style is showing on that ribbon.  see attached jpg
