Help! My reference list won't show up in my word doc?

Hi everyone, I’m new EndNote .  I have watched lots of videos but i am still having trouble with the following problem.  

I am using ‘cite while you write’ with EndNote X7 and Microsoft word(10).  EndNote automatically adds my references to a reference list at the end of my document - which is great.    However, it will only display the references that fit on one page (about 15 references only), but i have 36 references.  It seems to hide the rest of them ? Why will EndNote only allow references to be displayed on one page? I obviously cannot fit 36 references on one page only ???  What am i doing wrong? HELP!

It is possible that your document has corrupt field codes in it.  We have a FAQ on our web site that gives the steps to remove all of the field codes and clean up the document.  You should first make a backup of your Word document and then follow the steps in the FAQ at:
