Help: Unable to register on EndNote Web!!

I just bought a new personal copy of EndNote X3 and I am unable to register to endnote web! It is very frustrating. Can someone please help? I am posting the screenshots of what I see when I try to register through the software and through the web:

I’ve no problem to sign in, but,I created a group and some members of this group encoutered the same problem, with the same errors as shown on the above screenshots…

Any idea of why this situation appears ?
