I’ve used EndNote 7 for many years, but never really got the hang of the Journal names. Now I wanted to get started on that, so I have imported the Medical.txt journal term list according to all posts that explain that. i have unmarked the automatic updates of term lists (which were on). The output style is set to use Journal Title Abbreviation 1.
I have exisiting libraries, for example one with 200 references that I want to use.
These references are not correct as the term list was not on when I imported them (see attached picture). The journal is in the term list, with correct abbreviations.
How can I get the journal names from the term list into the existing references wittout manually entering them one by one?
