Hello, I am findings that EndNote is searching for some attachments in folders other than the .DATA folder.
Here are some example messages that I get when I try to open some of these attachments:
This URL (\localhost\C:\Users"user"\Downloads"ArticleTitle".pdf) could not be launched
This URL (\localhost\C:\Users"user"\Downloads\kopernio"ArticleTitle".pdf) could not be launched

My understanding was that the .enl file points the program to the correct .DATA folder but I’m seeing here that EndNote will look for attachments in folders other than the .DATA.
How can I point EndNote to the correct location?
Any help in understanding this would be appreciated.
