How to change the original output format from (author-year) to number format in Endnote20

Hello everyone in the community,
I am a Mac user with os Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71) and using EndNote20 as my reference manager. My question is that right-now my format is (author-year) in my manuscript WORD doc texts, is it possible to change it to number?

Yes, – by changing the output style to one that uses numbers in Endnote menu of the Word document. (as long as you aren’t wanting to change to a footnote style, which is a lot more complicated). You need more information, like whether they numbered by appearance or alphabetically. Do you have a publication in mind? There are over 3000 reference output styles available. finding the right one is not always easy.
