How to export an EndNote library without opening it in EndNote

My EndNote library has stopped working a few weeks ago. EndNote crashes each time I am trying to open the file. I have already tried to repair the software and the file without success.

I now want to import the EndNote library into Mendeley but couldn’t see a way of importing it before exporting it from EndNote which I obviously can’t do because the file doesn’t open. 

Any advice??

My advice is to call support, because they might be able to rescue the library and none of us can (at least remotely).  It will need to be exported and to export it, you will have to be able to open it…
