I would like to rename all the attached PDF files with the informations the the reference link.
Is it possible ?

Endnote has preferences for naming options. on a Windows version, Edit>preferences> PDF Handling. The options are in the attached image of the dialog. Note there is a filename maximum of 50 characters due to windows character limit of filenames which include the whole of the path.
