How to solve: Error message: The username/password specified is not valid

An error occurs when I try to sync configuration:
Sync Details
Last sync: Never
Sync status: There are changes that need to be received.
Error code: Server.AuthenticationToken.invalidUserCredentials
Error message: The username/password specified is not valid.

But the problem is that there is no problem with my account password, which can be recognized by the system after I input it. And I was able to log in both on my desktop and online. In order to solve this problem, I also changed the password once and logged in again, but the error was still reported. I don’t understand what the problem is.
