Import refrences from MS word 2007

before i bought RefMan 12, i used to enter my references in the MS word 2007 citation dBase, included in MS Word 2007. I would like to import the existing references into RefMan by clicking “convert  citations and bibliography” and then the “convert word 2007 to RefMan”. RefMan 12 opens, but nothing happens…

  • the citations and bibliograpy tab in MS Word 2007 disappeared, which made it impossible to manage my existing references in Word.
