Importing all references

Hello all,

I just switched from Procite to Endnote X4 and can’t figure out how to import only one specific reference from a Pubmed search into my library. I’ve read some posts already re: this topic but can’t seem to get it to work. Whenever the list of references come up in my online search they automatically go into my library. Please advise.

I recommend reading this FAQ - http://www.endnote.com/support/faqs/Search/faq5.asp - you likely want to be sure you are using the “Online Search Mode” to search and download records from PubMed - and then copy these into your local EndNote library.

I was trying to do it using the integrated tab and it wouldn’t work. The way you said did work. A little counterintuitive I must say.
