Improve accessibility for visually impaired

The latest version of EndNote for the mac has grey on grey buttons that are very difficult for someone with visual impairments to locate (they’re quite hard for someone with normal vision to interpret).

If they could be changed to give a better contrast effect it would make EndNote easier to use for visually impaired people and would also make telephone support easier.

As someone with visual impairment, I am struggling with EndNote 20.  I know how to change the font, font size, etc.  The problem is that I can’t see the “boxes” where I need to enter information when creating a new reference.  From my perspective, the entire interface could be vastly improved to make it more user-friendly for folks with visual impairment without creating problems for folks with good vision (thing universal design).
