Is it possible to set EndNote to see the entire EndNote ref when hovering over a citation in Word?

Hi, I’ve worked on a Word doc that’s going to InDesign. I’ve set EndNote to link the citations in the text directly to the reference list. However, now the designer is asking whether I can set it so that when you hover over the citation, it shows the complete reference in a box (rather than just the first name, date and ref no)
So what I have is this

but the client wants to see the full ref when you hover:

I think what you see - is how Word displays the field information. I don’t think Endnote has any control over this.

Thanks, I think you’re right but I’m having a hard time persuading my client that that’s the case (I think what they’re seeing is perhaps in Word’s built-in refs, not EndNote)
