Is there way to attach or open an existing ref.myd file to a new .enl library file?

I had a hard drive fail and have just recieved the retrieved data back from the technicians.  Unfortunately my .enl library file came back intact but with 0 refs in it.  However I can see a .DATA folder with a refs.myd file with around 4MB of data inside it.  The .DATA folder is in a different location to the original .enl file so I am not sure if the refs.myd file I can see contains the refs I am looking for.

Is there a way to open the refs.myd file to see what is in it?

Thanks in advance.

Please see the section " Instructions for rebuilding the library with just the .Data folder. Creating a new .enl file" from this article:
