Looking for a style, but I don't know it's name

Hello there,

I have been using Endnote for my master thesis in Computer Engineering, but it looks like I have to use a certain type of bibliography style. However, I have no idea of what it’s name is, so I remembered to ask here. Maybe someone can recognize it and give me a hint on how to find it:

For exemple, in-text references are:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit [PP05]. Sed neque risus, ultrices sed tempor scelerisque, lacinia nec eros. Cras posuere gravida malesuada [Tha01]. Duis ornare tristique condimentum. Maecenas nec nisi non felis faucibus luctus. Sed id enim sed risus lacinia lacinia.

And the Bibiography style is as follows:

[PP05]    Estelle M. Philips e Derek S. Pugh. How to Get a PhP. Open University Press,
                Fourth edition, 2005.

[Tha01]  Ming Tham. Writing research theses or dissertations, May 2001. University
of Newcastle Upon Tyne, available at http://lorien.ncl.ac.uk/ming/dept/Tips/writing/thesis/thesis-intro.htm.

Does anyone have an idea of what endnote style this may be?

Thanks in advance,

I don’t think things have changed in recent versions, so see this thread which might help you.  http://community.thomsonreuters.com/t5/EndNote-Styles-Filters-and/Style-needed-Format-Mey09/m-p/7298 but it looks like your requirements are a bit different, so Masaaki’s script may not work for you.

see also http://community.thomsonreuters.com/t5/EndNote-How-To/Citation-with-style-ABCD05-with-EndNote-X2/m-p/2742/highlight/true#M881  where a workaround is suggested where you manually create each of the short-hand bracketed reference.

Thanks for the quick answer :). I guess I’ll have to try that.

What about the tabbing? Do you think it can be done somehow?

[PP05]      Estelle M. Philips e Derek S. Pugh. How to Get a PhP. Open University Press,

I managed to do the first line, using Citation(tab)(tab) , but I can’t get the second line to line up with the first…

Thanks again,
