My style doesn´t display in Word

I have a problem with the output style. I have chosen a exported style (APA tranlated to spanish). In the endnote program X3 the visualization works just fine. But whenever I insert a citation in the Micosoft Word it displays the default style and I am not able to change although the Endnote program shows that I have the proper style selected. How can I fix this problem?
