I am working in X3 (recently upgraded from 9). When I add a reference to the library, it adds it at the end, rather than following the sort order in the library (author/year). Is this a setting that can be changed somewhere?

Yes, this is a bit annoying. It seems that you have to perform some action to refresh the view in the References pane. Clicking on one of the other groups in the Groups pane, and then clicking on the All References group seems to be sufficient.
