Perhaps this is a question of finding the write style, but in the footnotes, I don’t want the full details in the citation, I just want the author and date, like in the text. Can I change this myself?
Thanks

It’s easy to edit the style to do this in the desktop version of EndNote, but you can’t edit the styles in EndNote Web, unless you are a site administrator. As you say, you might be able to find another style which is already configured to do what you want.
