Official Body as Author

Can anybody tell me how to make EndNote show the author as the name of a body or government without treating it as if it is the surname and first name of an individual?

For example a  report authored by UK Government shows in bibliography and citation as Government, U. I have tried classifying it as a government document but can’t seem to make it treat the author differently.

In the author field, put a comma at the end.
