Problems w direct export Web of Knowledge to EndNOte X2 on Mac

I couldn’t find my answer in the forums so I am posting, please excuse if duplicates a previous thread.

When using Web of Knowledge in FireFox (Mac). clicking on “Export to EndNote, RefMan or Procite” give the following error:

 Download Error

/Users/mfedor/Downloads/uml_view-88.cgi could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred.

Try saving to disk first and then opening the file.

OK

Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out the user had downloaded the new FireFox and had not set EndNote as the default to open the .cgi file.  Once she did that it worked fine.
