PubMed connection not retrieving found citations

Hi -

EndNote X4 & Win 7

I search and find articles in PubMed but when I try to retrieve them nothing happens. Any suggestions?

You might try retrieving and installing a new EndNote connection file for PubMed in the event you’re using an outdated or corrupted file:

FYI-Besides using EndNote  to connect to PubMed  you can also search directly  at PubMed then click the “Send  to” pull-down  menu at the top of the screen  and select “Citation  manager”, “Create File” to download the reference(s)  into  your EndNote  library.
