Hi guys

I’ve had this issue a couple of times

Normally when I insert a citation (Harvard) it goes into word fine. Example (Brown, 2000)

Now for some reason when I try and insert a citation is goes into word like this . (Brown, 2000 #1)

It does’nt  insert the actual reference either?

Any suggestions?
