reference retrieval

I use reference manager 10 with newly installed Microsoft Word 2007.

When trying to retrieve new references from PubMed I now get the message “No documents found for the specified search”.

What adjustments do I need to make?

It sounds like you haven’t installed the Reference Manager 10.0.1 update-
