Relating references to one another?

What is the best way to relate two references in your Endnote library to one another in Endnote X5? For instance, if the discussion/argument in one article is related to the discussion/argument in another article, is there anyway to relate these articles to one another, e.g. by creating a link between them in your Endnote library? This would be particularly helpful in writing literature reviews.

No unfortuantely, Endnote is not a relational database that can link refs, unless you devise a more manual result that uses a field to note an association.  Nothing “electronic” is likely to be possible in the current database structure.
