Hi, two blank lines appear at the beginning of the reference list created with Endnote 6.0.2… They appear to be related to lines that are present in the layout, particularly in the bibliography title. I have tried to remove them, but I was unable. Anybody can recommend me how to delete them?? Thanks. Vicente
