Retain EndNote library window size?

Whenever I open Word (EndNote), the EN window opens just as I left it.  But the library window is all minimized up in the upper left corner of the EN window.

Is this some setting I need to fix, or is it “just the way it is”?

I had this problem a while back.  What I had to do, was to resize the library, close the library (not close endnote), reopen the library and then when I close endnote/reopen endnote - and it seems to be in the new position.  – not perfect, but I least I know what I need to do.
