Short Titles using Turabian Bibliography in X5

I have recently upgraded to X5 from X and noticed that, when using Turabian, it no longer uses my short title field. I then went into edit the Turabian style and noticed that they have something called ‘short form’ which seems to be taking from the ‘title’ field instead of the ‘short title’ field. When I updated this it seems to work with one exception. When I only have a single resource from an author in a document in non-consecutive footnotes. Like this

[1] Jürgen Moltmann, God in Creation: An Ecological Doctrine of Creation (London: SCM, 1985).

[2] Andrew Moore, Realism and Christian Faith: God, Grammar, and Meaning (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2003).

[3] Moltmann, God in Creation.

The third footnote should just use the author’s last name since there aren’t any other works by him in the document. I tried checking and unchecking ‘When using the short form, include the title field only when needed to disambiguate a citation’ and this hasn’t changed the issue. Any suggestions on how to get it to use short titles like it has in previous versions. Oh, and I also checked to be sure I had the latest official Turabian style from Reuters  and I do.
