I love Endnote for the iPad and use it daily, however, it is lacking two key features that would GREATLY enhance its usefulness:

  1. Cite While You Write (especially into Word) - even if this functionality is very basic (as in inserting codes only’ instead of formatting the citation’ etc.).

  2. The ability to view and annotate attaché PDFs in split view (where I could have a Word document or a Safari browser window open on one side of my iPad Pro screen and Endnote open on the other).
