suffix and pages boxes not showing

Hello

When using “edit citation” in Word, the suffix and pages boxes do not show so I cannot add cited pages for my citation. So how do I make those boxes to show?

It doesn’t look like the attached image, when you select “more”?  

Is the box big enough?  

Have you edited the font size in endnote?
