My organization and many others are now using openathens for site license authentication. Endnote use would be highly enhanced by supporting this in your “find full text.”

Please get open-Athens integrated in to Find Full Text
Strongly support this - the NHS in the UK and most academic institutions use SAML-compatible authentication such as OpenAthens and Shibboleth rather than IP access and have done for years. Please add support for SAML login and the OpenAthens redirector. Without this our researchers and students will stop being able to obtain full text via Endnote.
My institution has also switched to OpenAthens, and our users are not able to find full text via EndNote. Adding support for OpenAthens would be greatly appreciated!

We’ve asked EndNote support to integrate the full text feature with OpenAthens on and off for over 6 years. This thread shows that people have been asking for over a decade. The time is long past due for Clarivate to figure this out. If someone knows of additional ways to get this on the roadmap beyond submitting support tickets, this community, and questioning reps at vendor fairs, that would be helpful.

Including putting back some things that have been removed, I seem to recall
I said I would not upgrade until one or two things that seemed to have disappeared were put back. In to V21. This hasn’t happened. So looks like my next upgrade will be to something different.
Yes please. This is on our wish list now we are using OpenAthens.
